Program

Reset Cleaning Co. operates this text messaging program. Customers who opt in receive messages about their cleaning service, including appointment confirmations and reminders, service or schedule updates, customer support replies, invoices or payment notices, and occasional promotional offers when you have opted in to receive them.

Message frequency

You will typically receive 1–4 messages per appointment or service request. You may receive more if you contact us for support.

Rates

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reset Cleaning Co. is not responsible for those charges.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
